Happy Mother's Day to me!!

Live with Regis and Kelly's" annual "Mom's Dream Come True" special returns. In this moving and inspirational show, Regis and Kelly celebrate and fulfill the dreams of extraordinary people who have gone above and beyond for their families and/or their community.
It sounded like a can't miss show for me to have on. I had it on in my bedroom and I was in the master-bath getting ready and trying to follow the episode. One of the mom's that they "celebrated" was a Military wife/mom. They told and reenacted her story which was (in a nut shell) a forced robbery and then as she tried to escape with her children in the car, she was shot several times leaving her in a wheelchair and paralyzed. So sad!
Poor Braden was watching the whole thing (Yes, I am at fault for not changing the channel). Now he won't go to the bathroom by himself and every night since, he ends up in bed with us. He tells me that he is afraid of robbers being in his "room," "bathroom," etc... Who would have thought?! It sounded like a can't miss episode for me, but I wish that I would have for Braden. It's not like I was watching Jerry Springer!
It was a Mother's Day Episode that keeps giving back, and I wish it would stop:(

Poor Braden!!
It's amazing how they pick up on some things and it really sticks(when you wish it wouldn't), but when they hear, go pick up your room---nada!

Bobo has been having what I consider night frights the last few months, of course he never wakes up enough to tell me what's the matter, but he doesn't stay in his bed.

I was hoping it was a phase, maybe it's our poor TV habits in our house. Thanks for sharing!

I saw that episode but I wouldn't think it was that scary. I guess you never know with little eyes and ears. Ahhh...I'm gonna have a hard time when I have kids.. I am too desensitized I know already.

Oh Man!!! I swear-- what has happened to the TV??? We were watching American idol the other night and one of the commercials was for a super scary movie coming out in theaters. Mark and I both jumped for the remote-- but couldn't get to it fast enough. They should have some sort of beep before anything that little ears and eyes should miss! So sorry for your little guy.
